About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Client Empanelment.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving business growth within the Indian IT staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients for Domestic IT Staffing services.
* Drive end-to-end client acquisition and client empanelment.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and industry connections.
* Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment/delivery teams for effective execution.
* Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and initial discussions to closure and client onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
* Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of staffing agreements.
* Drive repeat business and expand relationships with existing clients.
* Achieve defined business development and revenue targets.
Mandatory Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
* Mandatory experience in Domestic IT Staffing.
* Proven experience in Client Acquisition and Client Empanelment.
* Strong understanding of the Indian IT Staffing market.
* Experience handling the complete BD lifecycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
* Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
