About Us
Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre (KPCIRC) is a specialized institution transforming oncology through high-precision medicine, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and cutting-edge molecular diagnostics. We are looking for an execution-focused Business Development Executive to drive on-ground sales and partnership execution across North India.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Head / Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our territory revenue and daily field operations in Delhi NCR and across North India. If you are passionate about healthcare sales and want to accelerate your career in cancer genomics, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
- Territory Sales: Make daily doctor calls, manage pipeline hygiene via CRM (HubSpot), and hit revenue targets.
- Promote Precision Oncology: Drive market adoption for Somatic Testing, Liquid Biopsy, Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP), and Pharmacogenomics.
- Alliance Support: Support senior leadership in scaling enterprise partnerships with major hospital networks (Apollo, Fortis, Max, PSRI, etc.) and navigating government healthcare empanelments (AIIMS, CGHS, ECHS).
- Scientific Engagement: Build relationships with Oncologists and Pathologists, and coordinate on-ground logistics for CMEs, Scientific Workshops, and Tumor Board programs.
What You Bring:
- 2–6 years of direct field sales or business development experience in Healthcare, Molecular Diagnostics, Precision Oncology, or Specialty Pharma.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or MBBS/BDS.
- Proven track record in healthcare field sales with existing relationships in oncology clinics across Delhi NCR & North India.
- Hands-on experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking.
