We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
📍 Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🚗 Working Model: Hybrid (Field Sales + Office-Based Business Development)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet potential clients including housing societies, builders, industries, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and facility management companies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of smart motion sensor lighting solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable energy-saving lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the Business Head.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, demonstrations, and installations.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
✅ Experience in electrical products, lighting, industrial products, building materials, automation, security systems, HVAC, facility management products, or related industries is preferred.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
✅ Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
✅ Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for official travel within Pune.
