About The Role
CareerSecure is looking for motivated and target-oriented
Business Development Executives for a 2-month performance-based campaign focused on generating and converting leads for our Online MBA programs.
The selected candidates will be responsible for both
working on company-provided leads and generating leads independently through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on leads provided by CareerSecure and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate new leads independently through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Understand prospect requirements and explain relevant Online MBA programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Convert qualified prospects into applications and enrollments.
- Achieve daily and monthly activity and conversion targets.
- Share daily performance reports with the reporting manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and sales follow-ups.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, B2C Sales or Education Counselling will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
Compensation & Duration
- ₹15,000 per month
- Additional performance incentives based on enrollments
- Contract duration: 2 months
- Performance during the campaign may be considered for future/extended opportunities with CareerSecure.
Performance Expectations
This role is highly target-oriented. Performance will be evaluated on:
- Self-generated leads
- Lead connects
- Qualified leads
- Counselling/Follow-ups
- Applications
- Successful enrollments
