Role Description The Senior Program Advisor/Senior Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves advising prospective learners on suitable programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and supporting them in aligning their career goals with Hero Vired’s offerings. The Senior Program Advisor will engage with leads, conduct consultations, and explain program structures, outcomes, and learning paths. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate program information, tracking learner engagement, and providing feedback to improve program positioning. The advisor will also contribute to outreach initiatives, maintain detailed records in CRM tools, and uphold a high standard of learner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong advisory and counseling abilities, with experience guiding professionals or students on education and career paths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct clear consultations and build trust with prospective learners.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales management tools, and comfort working with data to track leads, conversions, and learner engagement.
- Background in education, edtech, career services, or related domains, with an understanding of upskilling and professional learning trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a learner-centric and ethical approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree in business, education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in program advisory, admissions, sales consulting, or account management is highly beneficial.
