We are looking for an experienced BTL Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, activations and on-ground marketing programs.
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end planning & execution of BTL campaign
- Manpower planning, deployment & field team management
- Vendor coordination & negotiation
- Campaign logistics, route planning & on-ground execution
- Client coordination
- Field audits & quality control
- Campaign budget & cost management
- Daily MIS, execution reports & campaign closure reports
- Managing multiple campaigns across locations
We're Looking For
Strong BTL/Activation execution experienc- eExcellent team & vendor management skill
- sStrong communication & problem-solving abilit
- yGood knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & MI
- SWillingness to travel extensivel
- yAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timeline
