Brand Communication & Marketing
About Novella
Novella is on a mission to become one of the world's most exclusive luxury brands in the wedding industry.
We believe brands are not built through advertising alone. They are built through consistency, thoughtful communication and experiences that people remember.
We are looking for someone who shares that belief and wants to help shape how Novella is seen, experienced and remembered.
About the Role
As the Brand Communication & Marketing professional, you will work closely with the Founder to strengthen Novella's brand presence across every touchpoint.
This role goes beyond managing social media or creating campaigns. It is about ensuring every piece of communication reflects the philosophy, positioning and standards of the brand.
You will be involved in branding, marketing, communication, content strategy, campaigns, partnerships and client engagement while working across multiple projects and wearing different hats.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Novella's brand communication across digital and offline platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified enquiries.
• Create presentations, proposals and brand communication material.
• Write thoughtful copy for websites, social media, advertisements and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with photographers, filmmakers, designers and editors to ensure consistency in communication.
• Assist in planning content calendars and campaign launches.
• Support Meta Ads, marketing initiatives and performance analysis.
• Build relationships with venues, planners, luxury partners and industry associates.
• Represent Novella during client meetings, networking events and strategic collaborations.
• Work directly with the Founder on new ideas, launches and brand initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
We care more about your mindset than your designation.
You will probably enjoy this role if you are naturally curious, creative and passionate about branding.
You enjoy writing as much as you enjoy presenting ideas.
You understand that communication is not just about words but about perception.
You are comfortable taking ownership, wearing multiple hats and solving problems without waiting for instructions.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Brand Communication, Marketing, Branding or Content.
• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling and marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Willing to travel whenever required.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week with flexible working hours.
Who Should Not Apply
This role is not for someone looking for a routine corporate job or clearly defined responsibilities.
- If you prefer maintaining existing systems over building new ones, this opportunity is probably not the right fit.
