Job Description: Marketing Intern
Atraski Studios (Noida & Delhi) & Atraski Fashion · 6-month internship (full-time) · Delhi NCR
The role:
The Marketing Intern looks after two Atraski businesses. For Atraski Studios, you handle bookings and sales for our shoot studios in Noida (run in collaboration with Asind Studio) and Delhi. For Atraski Fashion, you build and manage our model roster. You will plan your week across both, keep each business organised on its own, and make sure studios and models are booked, coordinated and paid for on time.

Atraski Studios: shoot studios in Noida (in collaboration with Asind Studio) and Delhi, rented to brands, agencies, photographers and creators.
Atraski Fashion: model roster for studio and outside shoots
Location: Delhi office (Chittaranjan Park), with regular time at the Noida and Delhi studios
Type: 6-month internship, full-time; chance of a full-time role after
Working hours: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, 10 am to 6 pm (some shoot days may run later)
Works with: Studio teams, At Buzz (social media and ads), At Buzz account managers, Finance
Pay: ₹5,000–7,000/month stipend + incentive on every new studio booking and model booking you bring in

What you'll do
1. Studio bookings: Noida and Delhi
- Answer every studio enquiry on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and website within 1 hour during work hours
- Suggest the right studio (Noida or Delhi) and set for each client, send quotes from the rate card and confirm in writing
- Keep one booking calendar for both studios: no double bookings, no empty slots without follow-up
- Collect the advance before confirming, and the balance before the shoot ends
- Brief the studio team before each shoot: set, timings, equipment, models and add-ons
- Be on call on shoot days to sort out delays, changes and last-minute needs
- Keep the booking sheet updated: studio, client, date, hours, amount, paid
2. Studio sales
- Build and work a lead list of brands, agencies, photographers and creators in Delhi NCR
- Reach out to new leads every week and invite them for studio walkthroughs
- Offer our studios to every At Buzz client shoot first, working with the account managers
- Sell packages and repeat bookings; follow up after every shoot for a review and the next booking
- Help plan open houses, offers and photographer referral schemes
3. Atraski Fashion: model roster
- Scout new faces on Instagram, at colleges and through referrals
- Collect polaroids, measurements and a short video intro; shortlist with Anish
- Plan test shoots so every model has a portfolio
- Sign models with Atraski Fashion (agreement and ID) and keep the roster sheet updated: categories, rates, availability
- Send new faces to brands and studio clients every week; book models for shoots and share call sheets
- Joining the roster is always free: never ask a model to pay to join
4. Marketing
- Plan content for the studios and for Atraski Fashion with the At Buzz team: set reveals, behind-the-scenes, new faces
- Shoot simple phone content on shoot days and hand it to At Buzz for editing and posting
- Keep Google Business profiles, studio listings and roster pages up to date
5. Managing both businesses
- Plan your week across both studios and the roster; flag clashes early
- Keep separate sheets, invoices and Instagram for Atraski Studios and Atraski Fashion
- Weekly update to Anish: bookings by studio, leads, payments due, roster sign-ups and model bookings
- Monthly report for each business by the 7th
Who we're looking for
Must have
- Graduate or final-year student in fashion, mass communication, media, BBA/marketing or a related field
- Confident on the phone and in person with brands, photographers and models
- Comfortable selling: follows up and asks for the booking
- Very organised: calendars, sheets and payments never slip
- A good eye for faces, styling and shoots
- Clear Hindi and English, written and spoken
- Can travel between Delhi and Noida as needed
Bonus if you have
- Experience at a studio, modelling agency, production house or fashion brand
- A network of photographers, models, stylists or makeup artists
- Can make simple reels and use Canva
