🚨 Immediate Hiring | Branch Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales (Liner/NVOCC) | Chennai
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Branch Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales to lead our sales initiatives in Chennai. If you have a strong track record in the Liner/NVOCC shipping industry and are passionate about business development, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Liner/NVOCC segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and corporate customers.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and pricing teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to maximize business growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team while ensuring the achievement of branch objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Liner/NVOCC Sales.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, import/export, freight forwarding, documentation, pricing, vessel operations, and end-to-end logistics processes.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Excellent network within the shipping and logistics industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of managing branch sales independently.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
