Role Description The Cluster Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple branches or teams focused on Canada immigration services, ensuring consistent service quality, compliance with Canadian immigration guidelines, and achievement of business targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, setting and monitoring operational goals, coordinating with senior management, and optimizing processes for client intake, documentation, and application submission. The role involves guiding consultants on complex cases, resolving client escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients through transparent communication. The Cluster Manager will also analyze market trends, support local marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning for business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multiple teams or branches.
- Solid understanding of immigration consulting processes, ideally related to Canada, including documentation, compliance, and client advisory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, implement process improvements, and drive targets for service quality and revenue.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools used for client and case management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
