Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, coordinating logistics, ensuring quality control, and achieving business targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for customer relationship management and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience of 7 years in the freight forwarding industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the local market and industry networks in Mumbai is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field
