Designation: HR Executive (Blue Collar)
Minimum Experience: 5-6 year
Current Location: Katargam
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fabrication contractor issues and resolve manpower/work-related problems.
- Negotiate contractor rates and commercial terms with management approval.
- Identify and onboard new fabrication contractors and blue-collar manpower.
- Maintain contractor database, agreements, rates, attendance and other documentation.
- Calculate contractor wages/salary based on attendance, rates and work performed.
- Verify contractor bills and coordinate with Accounts for payment.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per workshop/project requirements.
- Monitor contractor discipline and performance.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of relevant industrial HR/contractor management experience.
- Strong Contractor Handling
