- HR policies & compliance
- Support organisational initiatives
IDEAL CANDIDATE- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of HR processes & labour laws
- Ability to work independently and in a team
