About the Role
At BiteSpeed, marketing isn't about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about saying something worth listening to. We've built a product customers genuinely love, and now we're looking for someone who can tell that story in a way that educates, earns trust and makes people want to be a part of what we're building.
As our Content Marketer, you'll own our content engine end to end. From founder-led thought leadership and product storytelling to SEO, customer stories and campaign content, you'll shape how thousands of marketers discover, learn about and remember BiteSpeed. If you're the kind of person who obsesses over a headline as much as a growth chart, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
- Own BiteSpeed's content strategy across channels, ensuring everything we publish contributes to awareness, pipeline or customer education.
- Write and edit high-quality content including blogs, case studies, product launches, newsletters, website copy, sales enablement content and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner closely with founders and subject matter experts to turn their ideas into content people actually want to read and share.
- Build and execute an SEO roadmap to drive sustainable organic growth while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Develop customer stories, playbooks and educational content that showcase the value our customers create using BiteSpeed.
- Measure content performance, identify what resonates and continuously refine the strategy based on data and customer feedback.
- Build systems, processes and eventually a team that can help scale BiteSpeed's content function for the next stage of growth.
What makes you a good fit
- You believe great content teaches first and sells second.
- You're an exceptional writer who can simplify complex ideas without making them simplistic.
- You have 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial or B2B SaaS marketing.
- You have experience building content strategies that have driven measurable business outcomes, whether that's organic traffic, pipeline, customer engagement or brand awareness.
- You enjoy talking to customers, understanding their problems and turning those conversations into compelling stories.
- You're highly opinionated about quality, but pragmatic enough to ship, learn and iterate instead of chasing perfection.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and don't wait for someone else to tell you what needs to be done.
