🚀 Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Bench Sales Recruiter with proven experience of 4-8 years in the US IT staffing ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in consultant marketing, vendor management, and end-to-end sales execution.
You will play a critical role in driving placements by effectively marketing bench consultants, building strategic vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to prime vendors & direct clients
- Submit profiles and track submissions daily
- Source requirements and candidates via job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) and match accordingly
- Follow up consistently for interview feedback and closures
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain and build vendor relationships
- Negotiate rates and assist in closing deals
- Keep ATS/CRM (Ceipal) updated
- Ensure consistent pipeline management and revenue contribution
Requirements
- 4- 8 years in US IT Bench Sales
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Demonstrated ability to generate placements and manage consultant pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of vendor networks and US staffing dynamics
