TechVirtue is looking for experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Requirements:
🔹 Experience in W2 Recruitment and US Staffing
🔹 Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, referrals, and Boolean search
🔹Experience recruiting candidates on H1B, OPT/STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC, and USC
🔹 Strong candidate screening, interview coordination, and relationship management skills
🔹 Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
