Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bar Waitress role located in Bardez. The Bar Waitress is responsible for greeting guests, taking drink and food orders, serving beverages and snacks, and ensuring tables and bar areas are kept clean and organized. The role includes explaining menu items, handling payments, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The Bar Waitress works closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide efficient service and a positive guest experience. Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to support nightclub operating hours.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service environments, preferably in bars, clubs, or restaurants
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Basic Cooking or food preparation knowledge to support simple bar snacks or menu items as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or glassware safely
- Attention to detail in order taking, serving, and cash handling or POS systems
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and basic health and safety standards
- Prior experience in nightlife or hospitality settings is an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
