Role Description The Automotive Sales Manager role at FAST TRACKS CAR CARE is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Automotive Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations, leads the sales team, and drives revenue growth across car care products, accessories, modifications, and detailing services. Responsibilities include managing the showroom floor, engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting product and service options, preparing quotations, and closing sales. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Automotive Sales Manager also ensures high standards of customer service, resolves customer concerns, and collaborates with technical and detailing teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Automotive Sales and general Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the Automotive domain, including aftermarket products, accessories, and detailing services.
- Relevant experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in the automotive or car care sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Basic proficiency in using sales management tools or CRM software and handling sales reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends or extended hours as business requires.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
