🚨 **WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS Associate Manager.
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to join our team!
📍 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 CTC: ₹6–7 LPA
📌 Role:E-commerce / B2B Operations
🔍 What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience in *E-commerce Operations* and can independently manage operational activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, analyze data and drive issues to closure.
#Key Skills:
✅ Strong experience in *E-commerce Operations*
✅ *Excellent MS Excel / Google Sheets skills*
✅ Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Good verbal & written *communication skills*
✅ Vendor & stakeholder management
✅ Order & inventory management
✅ Reconciliation & dispute management
✅ Returns & reverse logistics
✅ MIS reporting & data analysis
✅ Strong follow-up and execution skills
✅ Attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Proactive, hardworking and ownership-driven mindset
#⭐ Good to Have:
• Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Cocoblu and other e-commerce marketplaces
• B2B e-commerce experience
• Vendor management experience
• ERP / order management system knowledge
• Google Sheets automation / Google Apps Script

Someone who doesn't just identify problems but *finds the root cause, takes ownership and drives the issue to closure.
