Working Model: On-site
Working Days: Rotational shifts (1 weekly off)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Budget: 6 to 8 LPA(based on experience & role fit)
Experience: 4 - 6 years preferred (luxury / fashion retail background)
Role Overview: We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the overall store operations, team coordination, sales execution, and client experience at Armadio. The role requires experience in luxury fashion retail or premium designer store environments, with exposure to bridal clients, designer coordination, and high-touch customer service.
The individual will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support sales growth, and maintain Armadio’s premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Team Support
- Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and floor activities
- Assist in team coordination, task allocation, and maintaining store discipline
- Ensure smooth execution of store processes and customer interactions
- Monitor team performance and support achievement of store goals
Sales & Client Management
- Drive sales conversions through personalized styling assistance
- Handle premium and bridal clients with a consultative approach
- Support client appointments, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Assist in achieving category-wise sales targets
Customer Experience
- Deliver a luxury shopping experience aligned with Armadio’s brand standards
- Understand client requirements and provide styling recommendations
- Support VIP customer interactions and ensure seamless service
Operations & Coordination
- Assist with billing, MIS reporting, inventory tracking, and order management
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and dispatch timelines
- Maintain accuracy in store processes and documentation
Designer & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with designers for order updates, customizations, and client requirements
- Track order status and ensure timely communication with clients
- Support smooth execution of designer collections and special requests
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and luxury aesthetics
- Support display updates, collection launches, and floor readiness
What We’re Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of experience in luxury retail, designer stores, or premium fashion retail
- Prior experience in a supervisory / assistant manager role preferred
- Understanding of bridal, couture, and premium fashion clientele
- Strong customer handling and sales skills
- Good operational and team coordination abilities
- Comfortable with POS systems, reporting, and retail processes
