JUSTDOGS is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage the team, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store sales targets.
- Assist customers with pet food, treats, accessories, and other pet-care products.
- Handle billing, POS, cash reconciliation, and daily store operations.
- Monitor stock levels, stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise and guide store associates.
- Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and product-display standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of retail sales/store operations experience.
- Team-handling experience preferred.
- Good communication, customer-service, and selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and MS Excel.
- Comfortable working around pets.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
