Qualification for Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, or luxury retail
- Prior experience in team handling and store operations is preferred
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, billing, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail/POS systems
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach suitable for a luxury retail environment
