Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets by managing client relationships, following up on leads, and preparing sales proposals and quotations. The individual will coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules, and assist in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining sales reports and dashboards, participating in client meetings and site visits, and helping organize promotional activities or dealer events. The Assistant Sales Manager will also work closely with senior sales leadership to implement sales strategies and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales support, client relationship management, and lead follow-up.
- Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports, maintain documentation, and use basic sales or CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of building materials, minerals, or gypsum plaster products (or willingness to learn).
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Capability to work on-site in Noida, including occasional field visits and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in construction or materials industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

## Job Responsibilities
* Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
* Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Support the Senior Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
* Travel within the assigned territory as required.
## Candidate Requirements
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, paint, wallcare, or related industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage sales targets and work independently.
* **Must own a bike.**
* **Valid driving license is mandatory.**
* **Must have a smartphone** for communication, reporting, and work-related applications.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location and surrounding areas.
## Salary & Benefits
* **Salary:** 25000-45000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
