🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
S&M Realty is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing real estate sales team in Noida / Greater Noida.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle and convert qualified real estate leads
• Follow up with prospects through calls & WhatsApp
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and drive conversions
• Build strong client relationships and maintain the sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal sales & marketing teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Good knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage
• Ability to handle leads, follow-ups and closures independently
