Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance role at CBRE India is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role typically involves supporting financial planning and analysis, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and preparing periodic management reports. The Assistant Manager Finance is expected to manage accounting entries, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial policies. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, responding to internal and external audit requirements, and helping optimize financial processes for real estate and facilities-related operations. The individual will also contribute to data analysis for decision-making, monitor key financial metrics, and support senior finance leadership in delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong financial analysis and reporting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid accounting knowledge, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and familiarity with applicable accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial tools and systems, such as advanced MS Excel skills and ERP or financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Candidates should possess capabilities in data interpretation, problem-solving, and creating concise financial presentations for stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support internal and external audits.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional qualifications (CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries, and familiarity with corporate finance processes in large organizations, would be beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
