Role Description The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, client servicing, and process coordination for credit repair and advisory services. Responsibilities include overseeing case progress, monitoring dispute resolutions with banks, NBFCs, and bureaus, and ensuring timely updates and clear communication to clients. The role also involves collaborating with the team to improve workflows, preparing reports and dashboards, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, ethical credit solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to explain credit concepts clearly and professionally.
- Experience in financial services, banking, credit analysis, or related domains, with familiarity with Indian credit bureaus and lending practices.
- Organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple client cases, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on disputes and resolutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret credit reports, identify issues, and support the design of improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or case management systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in credit or finance are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
