About the Role
IWP Academy is one of India's leading professional education institutes with 27+ years of excellence in skill-based education. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the operations, admissions, marketing and overall growth of our Faridabad Centre.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the education industry, and the ability to drive admissions while managing day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, motivate and manage the admissions, counselling and marketing teams.
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions and branch growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
- Ensure excellent student and parent experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates and local organisations.
- Maintain operational reports, MIS and branch performance data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Branch Management, Centre Management or Educational Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in admissions, sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
