Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hapur. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams, and ensuring efficient workflow across assigned departments. The Assistant Manager monitors order processing, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments and quality standards. Responsibilities include supporting senior management with reports and analysis, implementing process improvements, and enforcing company policies and safety practices. This role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and participation in planning activities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and administrative skills, including coordination, documentation, and process tracking.
- Ability to support sales and customer service activities, including handling inquiries, follow-ups, and basic account management.
- Competence in data analysis and reporting using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, building materials, interiors, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hapur, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take initiative in resolving operational issues.
