Role Description The Senior Manager role at NIPHA INDIA PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Malda. The Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that production and service goals are met efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring departmental activities, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and implementing quality and performance standards. - Proficiency in decision-making, strategic planning, and problem-solving, including the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to machinery and industrial operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, including comfort with data-driven performance tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or managerial role in manufacturing, machinery, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
