Company Description Crowd Control is a creative brand partnerships agency operating at the intersection of culture and commerce. The team collaborates with progressive brands to design experiences, campaigns, and properties that feel native to music, fashion, sport, and entertainment rather than purely promotional. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, assisting with reports, participating in client meetings, and helping to identify opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, culturally driven agency environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation support and clear documentation of campaign details.
- Comfort working with data for basic performance tracking, report preparation, and insight generation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in music, fashion, sport, and entertainment culture, with an eye for emerging trends and brand opportunities.
