We are seeking an experienced, proactive professional to manage business development, projects, and client accounts within our fabrication, manufacturing, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage client accounts from enquiry through project completion and post-delivery support.
- Coordinate closely with management, production teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, project schedules, reports, and customer communications.
- Monitor project progress, priorities, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Understand fabrication drawings, manufacturing processes, production planning, and customer requirements.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Support management with updates, forecasting, and operational coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, production, or related engineering industries.
- B.Tech Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in business development, project management, and/or account management.
- Strong understanding of fabrication and production processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
- Candidates located near Vidyavihar or nearby areas will be preferred.
