Apexnova Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Domestic Logistics business and is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive new business development and strengthen our corporate customer network across Delhi NCR.

Designation: Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR
Business Vertical: Domestic Logistics (FTL/PTL)
Job Location: Noida, Sector 69
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
CTC: ₹4.2–₹5.4 LPA + Performance Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus
Reporting To: Director
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new corporate business for FTL/PTL transportation.
• Identify and acquire new customers across Delhi NCR.
• Develop business from manufacturers, exporters, importers, warehouses and other industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand logistics requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate freight rates and close profitable business.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals and LinkedIn.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with Operations for smooth vehicle placement and shipment execution.
• Develop strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
👤 Ideal Candidate
✔ 4–6 years of relevant Domestic Logistics / Transportation Sales experience.
✔ Strong corporate customer network across Delhi NCR.
✔ Good understanding of FTL/PTL transportation and freight pricing.
✔ Proven track record of recent sales achievements and business generation.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
✔ Existing transporter / fleet-owner network will be an added advantage.
✔ Preference will be given to energetic, self-driven and hands-on sales professionals with active customer relationships and a strong recent sales track record.
✔ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
