Supra Pacific is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Area Manager to manage business operations across assigned branches/locations in Trivandrum. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, team handling, managing branch teams, expanding the customer base, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance of multiple branches within the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for loans, disbursements, collections, and revenue.
- Drive customer acquisition and business growth through branch teams and local market initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, , channel partners, and other business associates.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and ensure timely collections and reduction of delinquency.
- Guide, motivate, and coach Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance against targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, operational procedures, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor branch-level productivity, employee performance, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, collections, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational and service-related issues.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational discipline across branches.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA /Post Graduation in any discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in NBFC, banking, retail lending, gold loans, LAP, or similar financial services.
- Experience managing multiple branches or a geographically distributed sales team.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Trivandrum market and surrounding areas is preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
