Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and outreach activities to increase admissions.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity, and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate interviews, placements, training sessions, and student support activities.
• Handle enquiries, grievances, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Maintain the overall quality, discipline, and reputation of the centre.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Shipping and Logistics & Cyber Security related Marketing or sales.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA (HR/Marketing/Management) is an added advantage.
• Ability to drive admissions and business growth.
