Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design
• Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site activities when necessary
• Prepare feasibility studies and presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication, design, and visualization skills
