Role Description The Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the design and coordination of architectural projects across Growth Mind’s real estate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and drawings, preparing and reviewing construction documents, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure integrated project delivery. The role involves managing design submittals, aligning project plans with building codes and sustainability standards, and conducting site visits to monitor design implementation and quality. The Project Architect will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to clarify requirements, resolve design issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Growth Mind’s standards of transparency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including concept development, space planning, construction documentation, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning, scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for integrated design, clash detection, and coordination across disciplines.
- Candidates should possess experience with Submittals, including preparing, reviewing, and tracking drawings, specifications, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar green building standards, with an ability to integrate sustainability into design solutions.
- Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), registration or eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body, and experience in residential, interior, or mixed-use projects.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization software, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
