Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Nagpur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and detailed designs, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include site visits, design reviews, compliance checks with local building codes, and collaboration with consultants and contractors to ensure accurate execution of plans. The role also involves supporting project planning, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management for coordinating timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to using design or project management tools, and integrating digital workflows.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
