Role Description The Interior Architect will work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop interior spaces for offices, studios, event environments, and other branded spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, conceptualizing interior layouts, preparing design proposals, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of interior fit-outs. The role involves creating detailed drawings, mood boards, and material specifications that align with brand identity and functional requirements. The Interior Architect will perform site visits, oversee quality of finishes, monitor project timelines, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role also requires effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to refine design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver cohesive, future-ready interior solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural and aesthetic considerations into cohesive design solutions.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including materials selection, detailing, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Space Planning, optimizing layouts for functionality, movement, ergonomics, and brand experience.
- Ability to work with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and prepare clear drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing on-site projects from concept through execution, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial and office interiors is preferred.
- Prior experience in designing branded environments, creative workspaces, or event/exhibition interiors is an advantage.
