Role DescriptionYogKulam Yoga School is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor to join our team in Lucknow. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the right Yoga Teacher Training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ goals and recommend suitable Yoga Teacher Training programs.
- Clearly explain course details, curriculum, benefits, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Handle student inquiries and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments and consistently achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Provide a professional and positive experience to every prospective student while representing the values of YogKulam.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and sales abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address student needs.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Prior experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telecalling, or customer relationship managementwill be an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
- Passion or interest in Yoga, wellness, education, or personal development will be an added advantage.
Salary: Upto 20K+ incentives
