As Brigadier Defence Academy prepares for the launch of our Lucknow centre, we are looking for a confident and student-focused professional to join our Admissions team.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can become the first point of interaction between Brigadier Defence Academy and our students & parents.
The role requires someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Fluent and professional in Hindi, with good working communication in English
- Patient enough to understand a student's requirements before recommending a course
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Consistent with follow-ups
- Presentable, organised and professional at the front desk
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools
- Willing to learn about defence career examinations and guide students responsibly
- Target-oriented without compromising on honest counselling
What will the role involve?
Student & Parent Counselling
- Understand the student's academic background and career objective
- Explain BDA's NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB and Foundation programmes
- Guide students and parents regarding course structure, batches, fees and admission process
- Handle common questions and concerns during counselling
Calls & Lead Follow-ups
- Call new enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns
- Follow up with previous and interested leads
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits
- Maintain proper follow-up records
- Follow up with prospective students until registration/admission
Front Desk & Admissions
- Welcome and assist students and parents visiting the academy
- Manage walk-in enquiries
- Coordinate registrations and admission documentation
- Maintain enquiry and admission records
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams when required

This role is not just about answering calls or sitting at a reception desk.
We want someone who can listen to a parent, understand a student's aspirations and communicate the right guidance with confidence, patience and honesty.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and the willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
