🚀 We're Hiring: Accounts Associate | Tavasya Capital
Tavasya Capital is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to manage day-to-day accounting for our Investment Manager entity and the underlying Schemes of our SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
This is a hands-on, frontline accounting role: you'll own transaction-level bookkeeping across multiple sets of books in Zoho Books, keep our ledgers audit-ready, and be the first point of coordination with banks, our custodian, the RTA/fund accountant, and auditors.

🕒 Full-time | 2–5 years' experience
💻 Accounting system: Zoho Books
What you'll do:
✅ Day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books for the IM entity and each AIF scheme
✅ Bank reconciliations and coordination with the custodian, RTA and fund administrator
✅ GST and TDS compliance support, including return data preparation
✅ Support for investor drawdown/distribution accounting and capital tracking
✅ Assist with MIS, trial balances, and statutory/SEBI audit and reporting requirements
What we're looking for:
🔹 B.Com/M.Com in Accounting or Finance; CA-Inter/CMA-Inter preferred
🔹 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with AIFs, PMS, mutual funds, NBFCs, or a CA firm serving fund clients
🔹 Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or a similar cloud accounting platform)
🔹 Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
🔹 High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the discretion to handle sensitive investor data
