Responsibilities
- Create and manage 4D simulations in Synchro and Fuzor for infrastructure projects.
- Develop basic Revit models to support 4D simulations.
- Plan and implement upgrade strategies to improve project efficiency.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to gather and manage project inputs.
- Track 4D progress and prepare concise status reports.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.
- Able to do post production works (Video editing Softwares would be added advantage)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Around 5 years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation.
- Strong proficiency in Synchro, Fuzor, Revit (experience in Premier pro would be advantage)
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing in infrastructure projects.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
