Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Candidate should have Experience 7-8 Yrs. in relevant industry with Highrise residential experience
- Should have strong knowledge on CAD, MS Project & STAAD Pro
- Must have the knowledge on IS codes & NBC (National Building Codes)
- Good Communications skills and Cordial relations with PM, Engineers, Consultants, Architects & Contractors
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in preparation of tender documents such as General condition of contracts, Special condition of contacts, Rate analysis and Bill of quantities
- Good knowledge in freezing of different types of contracts
- Preparation of work orders to vendors/consultants/contractors
- Verify and Process the bills from vendors/consultants/contractors
- Budgetary estimates based on Conceptual /schematic drawings
- Preparation of Detailed estimates including bills of quantities of complete residential project
- Co-ordination with all departments in finalization of specifications With respect to allocated budget
- Preparation of Rate analysis for all construction related items as per the SSR norms
- Co-ordination with purchase & other departments in finalization of market rates of the materials
- Prepare the bills from vendors/consultants /contractors and work orders to them
- Project Schedule tracking and monitor the progress with respect to master construction schedule
- Feasibility study and Cost Analysis of New construction technologies
