We are looking for Yocto Migration Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Perform Yocto release and OSS package migrations.
Upgrade recipes, layers, patches, and package dependencies.
Resolve build, compilation, packaging, dependency, and runtime issues.
Handle OSS version upgrades, patch conflicts, and API/ABI compatibility issues.
Work with RDK-B / RDK-E layered architecture, including BSP/vendor, RDK, middleware, and product-specific layers.
Build and validate migrated images on target devices.
Work with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build systems.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Yocto, OpenEmbedded, and BitBake.
Good knowledge of recipes, layers, BitBake tasks and image generation.
Hands-on experience with OSS/package migration.
Experience with RDK-B and/or RDK-E platforms.
Strong Embedded Linux debugging skills.
Good knowledge of C/C++ build systems.
