As our law practice in Coimbatore continues to expand its footprint, we are seeking a visionary legal leader to steer our next phase of regional growth. This is a strategic role focused on organizational excellence, deepening client relationships, and scaling up operations.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels in practice development and institutional building, while providing high-level oversight across our legal portfolios.
Key Focus Areas:
📈 Strategic Growth & Branch Expansion
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans to scale the branch's market presence and brand visibility within the region.
- Drive client acquisition, identify cross-selling opportunities, and lead revenue-generation initiatives.
- Represent the Firm at key industry events, networking forums, and business development initiatives.
🤝 Client Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the principal client partner, providing strategic counsel and risk management solutions.
- Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and referral networks.
- Ensure exceptional client servicing, efficient matter management, and strict adherence to timelines.
🏢 Organizational Leadership & Operations
- Lead the overall administration, operations, and profitability of the branch, monitoring financial targets and resource utilization.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
- Ensure seamless coordination with centralized HR, Finance, Admin, and IT functions, upholding all Firm policies and professional standards.
⚖️ Legal & Practice Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance across key practice areas, including commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and conflict resolution.
- Review complex legal strategies, high-value mandates, and ensure the highest quality of legal output from the team.
