Dium Lucis Technologies is looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to develop a 65 W GaN USB-C PD charger.
Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize 65 W flyback / quasi-resonant power supplies
• GaN power-stage and transformer design
• Synchronous rectification and USB-C PD/PPS implementation
• Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice or PSIM
• Analyze switching waveforms, device stress, efficiency and thermal performance
• EMI/EMC debugging and hardware testing
• Prototype development from simulation to production-ready hardware
Preferred experience:
• SMPS/flyback charger design experience
• 45–100 W USB-C PD charger development
• GaN devices and high-frequency magnetics
• USB PD/PPS controllers
• Experience taking a power supply through prototype, testing and certification
