Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete workshop & service operations
• Lead and motivate workshop/service teams
• Monitor productivity, quality & workshop performance
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage workshop targets, manpower & daily operations
• Control workshop expenses and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company processes, safety & quality standards
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service-related issues
Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant automobile workshop experience
✅ Strong knowledge of service operations & workshop management
✅ Excellent leadership and team-management skills
✅ Good communication and problem-solving abilities
