Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join Nesto as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and service-related issues within defined timelines.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Meet assigned targets related to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on the process.
• Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
