Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a skin care and facial treatments specialist at OLIVIA SKIN AND BEAUTY. The role involves performing professional facial treatments, skin analyses, and recommending appropriate products and services based on individual client needs. The specialist will consult with clients to understand concerns, design treatment plans, and provide aftercare guidance to support long-term skin health. Daily responsibilities include maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, documenting client sessions, and supporting sales of skin care products and treatment packages. The role may also include assisting with client appointments, participating in training sessions, and contributing to promotional activities within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess skin conditions, interpret client needs, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Experience in training or mentoring peers or junior staff on treatment protocols, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Sales skills to present and promote skin care products, treatment packages, and membership options in a consultative, client-focused manner.
- Consulting skills to conduct professional skin consultations, explain treatment options clearly, and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Project management skills to coordinate schedules, manage treatment plans over multiple visits, and support small in-clinic initiatives or campaigns.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin care from a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience providing facial treatments and other skin care services in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of facial techniques, skin types, common skin concerns, and contraindications for treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and inclusive approach to all clients.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and ethical professional standards, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
