Job Description
Active Workday Benefits Certification is mandatory – certification.
Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience with strong hands-on Benefits functional/configuration experience.
Candidates should have 3+ Benefits implementations and experience across Health & Welfare, Retirement/403(b), Insurance, etc.
Open Enrollment, client-facing design sessions, testing, and data conversion experience will be an added advantage.
Please prioritize hands-on Benefits implementation/configuration profiles, not candidates with only general HCM or support experience.
